I just about passed out on myself yesterday, I was so tired.  I think it's half a combination of random insomnia and a persistent desire to do something illegal and painful to certain colleagues.  One might have something to do with the other, but it's hard to tell which way that the current is flowing right now.  Anyway, that's my explanation for not posting word count yesterday.  I zonked out on the keyboard.

I did get 3K done yesterday, and another 3K today, which brings my total to...

Like I said, there's a reason why I don't do math in public.  It's kind of embarrassing even on a good day.  I mean, it's not that I'm bad at math.  I'm quite good, actually.  I have a dusty minor degree in mathematics.  I do math all the time in my job.  I just need a pencil and a blank sheet of paper --

Wait.  Is that a pink elephant in the room?

*hastily adjusts the progress bar*

Ha.  No.  It's not.  Silly me.

Anyway, my current word count stands at:

72000 / 90000 (80.00%)

Any chance those 6K words contain 'something illegal and painful' inflicted upon somebody? :)

I hope you're writing to maintain your sanity, otherwise you should be in bed with a warm cup of milk and somebody giving you a foot massage.
