Nomination

In much, much happier news, it's Monday.  And even better, it's over.  But more than that, and unfortunately lost in the last week because of the hooplah-that-shall-not-be-mentioned is this:

It's with a great deal of toe-shuffling aw-shucks (on my part) to learn that I've been nominated for a Multifandom Award.  I'm very much flattered by this and would like to thank whomever nominated me.  I was notified through a comment on one of my fics; the comment is below, along with the link to the website if anyone wants to check it out.

More than just the nomination announcement, however, I'd encourage you to check out the website and the nominations when the polling opens on April 11.  Not for me, but rather, for all those who have been nominated in whatever category, of which there are a large number in a very broad field of categories that are not limited to just writers or artists.  Fandom is an amazing place with amazing people and they should all be recognized in some way.
