I'm happy to hear that you like Loaded March so much that you want a hardcopy for yourself. I don't have a problem with that as long as you won't be distributing it or profiting from it. If you go with a specialty printer that prints books on demand, really, really, really look at their terms and conditions, because some of them add whatever you upload for printing (even if it's only for personal use) to their catalogue for their own profit, and that's just not cool.
