I missed bread so much. Funnily enough, now that I've had some, I don't find myself at the point where I'll gorge myself on it? Homemade bread tastes so different from store-brought, especially if it's sourdough, and even if it takes time to make, it's worth it.
The Spouse has asked me to pass on his thanks, because I've made banana bread with the excess sourdough starter.
